"This is one of the worst and dirtiest laundromat I have ever been too. 1. Both the washer and dryers do not work. Invest in new washer and drying machines. 2. You have broken washer or dryers that steal your quarters but don’t start, don’t wash properly, or the dryer won’t dry. Or, the buttons are missing and the doors to the dryer will not close. 3. Clean your washer machines. Clean the dryers. No one needs hair or other items to be washed with their clothes. It is disgusting how dirty the washer machines are, the floors, even the tables to be used to fold your clothing. 4. Invest in better washer and dryers. Also, invest in getting proper seats for customers to sit not those church benches you have that are dirty. 5. Your staff, especially the new one you have this month, young, has attitude. When people ask her a question she stares at you with attitude. 6. Clean. Practice hygiene and sanitary conditions. This establishment like many laundromats have many customers daily coming in. It isn’t fair for the next customer to deal with dirty washer machines. 7. Why does this laundromat have holes in their ceiling? Large holes from water damage that has not been repaired or covered. That is dangerous especially when you operate a business with daily customers. You have the money invest in your business or don’t have it open."

"They claim they close at midnight but more then once have closed at 9 p.m. or earlier. Extremely rude. Once turned my partner away entirely for no reason. If I could rate them lower than one star I would."

"****Need to keep maintenance on the dryers. Clean them. Inspect them. Most of your dryers are not heating. I spent 40 minutes with 2 dryers at this establishment that left my clothes still moist by the time it was up. I brought this to one of your staff’s attention. It isn’t fair paying to have your clothes dry and your clothes don’t dry. That is stealing your money. Also, both your dryers and wash machines do not want to take quarters. The quarters when put them into the machine won’t take them. You have to keep inserting the quarters in too many times.***** Either this place need a new management, new washers and dryers. Also, they need to clean that laundromat. Seriously. First, this laundromat is filthy and not well cleaned. I didn’t even want to use the clothes cart to put my clothes in. Speaking of those carts, they didn’t have many available and, most the wheel are broken. Instead, I used my shopping cart. The wash machine is not good. I had used two wash machines, put quarters in at the same time so it can start the cycle at the same time, and one was faster than the other wash machine. The dryer almost burnt my clothes. Like I said some of those dryers are extremely hot while other dryers barely dry."
