"Dirty. Nobody to help. Very uncomfortable place"

"This is the worst laundromat I have ever been to. When I arrived at 2pm it was closed. I waited because I am disabled. A lady opens the door and doesn’t even acknowledge me. Most of the washers had wet clothes in them. I ended up using the $4.50 washer. There were no signs on what type of laundry detergent goes inside with the clothes and which one goes in the dispenser. I had the tide pods so I placed them in the dispenser. Soap started coming out from the top and the attendant started berating me saying that I gave her work to do. I apologized, then she told me I had to buy laundry detergent at the deli which I explained with my walker that I have problems moving around. I asked another customer for detergent and she interrupted saying that I had to go to the deli. I dragged myself there and did add the detergent. I don’t know if my clothes had a chance to wash properly. Will never return. Stay away if you want to stay in a good mood. I called Ronald to complain but no one answered."

"I give only 3 stars now because when I first started using them the older sweet lady would be open by 7. Note the young lady and her 2 kids come when they feel like it. After 8am usually!!! People like to get up early and get their laundry done so they can start their weekend at least I do! Start opening early again or at least on time!!"

"Machines work perfectly fine as well as the dryer's not like the Chinese on 163 always broken and horrible conditions they don't invest in new machines"

"Clean machines but same machine needs to be restarted by mgr for the last few weeks. Not friendly environment."
