"Do not use the machines closer to the front door. They are rigged. Five minutes of washing then, it starts to rinse. Brought it to the attention of the owner and she pretended as if she didn't know what I was talking about. Quite a few customers complained about the same thing."

"It's ok prices are very high compared to the prices on Long Island for the same size loads, dryers take forever & people need to relaxe if your machine stops & you're no where around the owner or employee have the legal right to remove your clothes to accommodate the next patron. These are not your personal machines therefore stop leaving your clothes unattended and no one will touch them. PERIOD"
"I usually love me Chen but one of her employees just cursed me out over moving my clothes out of the dryer. She made a whole scene in front of my son and I don’t think she deserves to work there. No one at this laundry Matt had ever disrespected me like that. I spend a lot of money here so I would appreciate to be respected as I wash."
"Ms Chen is a very nice woman and keeps the place clean. It disturbs me that we are in a pandemic doesn't enforce the executive order from the governor about masking wearing in public. (She has a sign posted yet allows customers to enter w/o proper PPE. Sad to say but she needs to be fine inorder to get the message."
