"The more you are a loyal customer the more they will take advantage of that loyalty. The most recent time not delivering my clothes for 6 days, or even picking them up for 2 days after I call when they promise 2 day drop off. They lost my business by taking longer and longer each time to clean only a few shirts to the point of unacceptability and I would not recommend anyone be their customer."
"I used New Fresh Cleaners for years and then Four seasons took over the business. I ran into an issue where half my laundry went missing. I have gone back 6 times to try and talk to the manager and I am told every time he is not available but will call me to compensate for the lost laundry. No one ever calls. I'm very disappointed with this service. Would not recommend at all."
"Have always had a good experience here with both dry cleaning suits and dresses and wash and fold. I'm so grateful to Om who helped me out by moving up my delivery a day to accommodate a change in travel plans! Very responsive, great customer service!"
"DO NOT USE. Dropped off two new suits, and they came back with two creases in the front of the suit pants. I then brought them back and asked to have it corrected, and was met with hostility and was told I was going to have to pay to get them pressed again. After minutes of arguing, they agreed to do it for free, and one of the pants came back the 2nd time with double creases. I ended up having to take it to a new dry cleaner to have it pressed a 3rd time."
