"The dry cleaning is amazing - they really care about getting out all the stains. And if you need alterations - Ross is a master tailor! He shortened a jacket for me but this star studded glittering review is for the magic work he did altering a suit for my partner ! Wow Ross took an ancient baggy Brooks Brothers suit and made it into a sexy brand new suit !!! Thank you Ross !!!"
"Although I always set up a specific time frame to get my laundry back, it has arrived very late so many times, even a day late one time. Unfortunately bad service doesn’t stop here, my last load was missing 3 pieces of clothes that were pricey and customer service took a week to “look for it” and then told me they couldn’t refund those missing items because it was too late… Will definitely use another laundry service from now on. Really don’t recommend if you care about your clothes."
