They noted that there was concern with dry cleaning this part but instead of calling me asking - they went ahead anyway. My husband is very upset as it a memory from Spain. The apology did not feel sincere. What is worse is that they try to put some blame on me and still charged me for the cost."

"This place has saved my garments so many times. I've been coming here for years, for laundry, dry cleaning and alterations. In a five year span, I think I've only had ONE small shrinkage issue but nothing bad ever happened again, in fact they even de-shrank it, somehow. If I request no heat, they listen. If I request some wild and crazy alteration ideas, they listen. I just spent a boatload of $ going to a fancy tailor on the UES for my wedding dress and the tailor totally got it wrong. In a last ditch attempt to salvage this dress I brought it to Harrison, and even though this place is not advertised as a "bridal specialist," he somehow knows exactly what to do and will undoubtedly save the day. He is a true professional in so many ways. PS, They drop off and pick up too which is a dream! Thank you for all your service over the years."

"Update 10/9/17: now accepts credit cards (min $15). Harrison is the new owner of this place, and he has brought several positive changes, including extended business hours on Sundays and accepting credit cards. He also has a very good memory. Happy to see a neighborhood business grow for the better. I usually use the wash & fold and dry cleaning services here. Have been going there for over a year and rarely had any issues. There was one time though that I put a new blue towel in and it stained the white t-shirts. But this is really my own fault cuz I didn't specify anything. There were a couple of times where my dry cleaned clothes didn't come back completely clean, but I had no issues taking them back and have them recleaned at no extra charge. Also their delivery service is usually on time."
