"Not the best experience. Took a brown leather bag there to be cleaned, which they sent away to a leather shop for cleaning. The bag came back squished and warped out of shape, with a large indent on the front panel that wasn't there before. Looked like a piece of machinery was pressed into it, I'm not sure. It was also not cleaned that well and looked worse than when I brought it in. While they did get rid of the stain on the straps I was hoping for, the rest of the bag didn't seem clean, and other marks and warping were unfortunately added. The staff in store were nice (even though he thought they did a 'good job' on the bag), but the owner was super evasive not calling me back or letting me know when he was on site to talk to me. In the end I just demanded the bag back, and there didn't seem to be a problem with taking it."
"If it were possible to give this place a negative star review, I would do it. My wife brought two expensive shirts of mine in to have buttons replaced. When she went to pick them up, they claimed they couldn’t find them. They offered her store credit to cover the cost of them losing the items. When she refused saying we wouldn’t be using them any longer, they offered her the monetary value of one of the shirts to cover them losing both. Stay as far away from this place as possible."
"They were good until they started losing pieces of clothing. Once this happens, they show their true unprofessional tactics. Just awful. Nothing is their fault and they will not respond for anything!! They even will not reimburse the dry clean charge for the item they lost. Save yourself the headache. Not worth it."
"They used to be a perfect, impeccable cleaning service. Post Covid supported them by pre-paying for services. 1) Alas, they destroyed my winter coat. They applied chemicals to three spots (mud stains). Upon evaluating, I realized they never cleaned the coat, only ironed and returned it, there was hair stuck. Upon questioning the person said, 'Fine we will use a roller". 2) Sweater given for dry cleaning returned with the same stale odor. A place I wont do business with, dont waste your money and save your expensive woolen materials"
"They used to be fantastic (before the new owner took over). Last time I used them (a year ago) they completely ruined my favorite dress (completely removed significant portions of several lines of silver foil material on a white and silver striped dress.) Used them once more out and they were better, but not as good as before. Debating if I’ll give them another shot, as this neighborhood is very much lacking in good, reliable dry cleaners."
