"I had a suit cleaned at Rosa's that I needed for an important work trip. I delivered the suit well in advance and was surprised that the it would take almost 6 days to clean and triple-checked with the representative that the suit would be ready by noon of the pick-up date because the work event was so important, which they confirmed. I would have taken the suit elsewhere if they did assure me the suit would be ready by a certain time. When I went to pick-up the suit, it was not ready and are not being accountable to it being late. Now I need to buy a new suit for the event."
