"Bad employee, never come to this laundry"
"Oof. I walked in and walked out because she was so rude to me. I just moved to the neighborhood and was looking for a regular dry cleaner. It’s just not worth giving business to not kind people. I can’t imagine what it would be like if anything went wrong. Life is too short!"
"We have witnessed and received complaints of the owners harassing and discriminating against customers verbally. They lost my business after witnessing the absolutely horrific discriminatory behavior towards a White Muslim woman for no reason. She was quietly doing her laundry and the obscene statements were jaw dropping. I am sure their business will be discussed in the next community meeting amongst Heights residents. I found residents support local businesses that support people of all races, genders, sexual orientations, etc. It may have to locate elsewhere very soon after receiving a staggering number of unhappy customers."
"I complain multiples times that I was not happy with the quality of the laundry. The clothes were coming back still dirty and poorly wash, I ask to maybe increase the quantity of soap or wash in a stronger setting. Nothing change and the last time I got my clothes back I was set that I would not work with them anymore I notice that one of my shirts was missing. I call the cleaners and soon after I said that one item was missing they said was not there, before checking or anything. I was if they could check or maybe see if was delivery to somebody else by mistake they keep saying the same thing even before checking. I call a few more times asking for an update and nothing. Today the owner call me to talk about the wash quality of the clothes, saying that I was not looking right and the clothes were clean. I told her that this was not a problem anymore since I would not work with them again, but I want my shirt back or the value back, I give her the model and brand and told her that the shirt was still in the company website so she could check there. She was rude, condescending, arrogant, saying that don't need my business that they have a lot of clients. And said that with the receipt of the shirt and prove that I send to her cleaners she would not give me the money back, and if she did would only be in store credit. I'm still chock if the lack of professionalism and responsibility of this establishment is a shame to see the manager ( or whatever position she has in that company) acting in this manner. Overall VERY POOR service and TERRIBLE customer service."
"I believe every customer should be treated fair. Most of our taxes paying dollars contribute to business like this one and they will never get another tax paying dollar of mine. I left a suit there to be pressed and fitted and returned to a nightmare. I called to asked them if my suit was ready and they yes please come in twenty minutes. When I came in twenty minutes I found my pants on the table, not pressed while two workers carried on with their conversation. The worker took my pants and said" Give five minute I Will pressed them now" She successfully pressed two lines in my pants while rushing. Instead of her telling me the Taylor's task was to difficult I received uneven tailored pants, and my suit had lint all over it. To add insult to injury when I asked her a question she turned to her co-work and began speaking her native language with her co-worker. As a hard working, taxes paying American I was disgusted. This country stands on hard work and respect from the big to little things. Take your taxes paying dollars somewhere else where. $40.00 for this nightmare when I could went to Gold street and would have treated better."
