"Super rude staff told me my Ruggable rug cover wouldn’t fit in their super sized washer. The instructions state that it would fit in a 3.8+ cubic washer and I’ve washed this rug in my apartment washer before. The staff claimed that it didn’t matter and that they didn’t want me to breaker their washer. I’d definitely go elsewhere."
"Since moving to New York, i have dropping my clothes once aweek to be done. The old gentleman that folds my clothes, he is nice and very friendly. Why i did not give 5 stars because the lady is totally Opposite...does not fold good and not friendly at all."
"Love this place, been going to it since forever. The staff super nice, the machines are super clean and work well. The prices are great for drop off and self services. Right in the same parking lot as the supermarket. So while clothes are drying I do a lil grocery shopping. It's great."
"It was our first time using public laundry in America. Such an authentic experience! I liked it a lot! we didn't want to spend too much time for it as a tourists had stuff to do. But the personal was super helpful, everything went quickly, also everything what you need for washing your stuff you can get there directly."
