Reviews
"Avoid this place for laundry. I went yesterday because my usual spot was full, and it cost me $100 instead of the usual $12. Save your money and go somewhere else. $5 bucks to wash your clothes with a small lost and $2 to have half wet wash clothes please this place needs to be reviewed or shut down for scamming people for these ridiculous prices."
"I go here regularly to just wash and dry my own laundry. The staff are usually nice, and make themselves available when you need help putting money on your card, needing to be reimbursed for a broken machine, unlocking the bathroom, etc. It’s usually organized and swept clean - note that I go during the week when it’s not busy, and not on the weekends. The prices are a little high, but they have a parking lot and it’s close to my house so I think of it as a convenience fee for me."
"This is an amazing laundromat, Paul and the rest of the staff are great and very helpful. Everyone in the neighborhood should definitely consider coming here to do their laundry or even drop it off."
"Clean rite is clean, has friendly and respectful staff. The experience is enjoyable and not stressful. I was able to do my laundry not worry about having a folding table and done in a timely fashion. Drop off is great as well. No problems. Clothes are fresh, neat and wrapped in plastic. Top tier laundry facility."
"I visited this location yesterday 4/16/22 for the first time since it became clean rite and I must say I will never return here again. As we all know Saturday’s can be very busy in any laundromat. Many customers put their clothes in washers and dryers and just leave. This was the case here on Saturday many washers and dryers stopped and just sitting there and no other machines available. I went to the female attendant on duty to ask her if she can remove the clothes from the washer, it was a whole row done just sitting there. She told me no she has to wait a whole Hour before she can remove any clothes. This is what her manger told her. As a former clean rite employee of 6 years & also a customer for many years I have worked/visited many locations throughout Brooklyn and Queens and I have NEVER heard of this. I can understand maybe 15 mins but you expect a customer to stand around waiting for an hour to have clothes removed when there are clearly no other machines available ? It was the same situation when I got to the dryers. So many dryers stopped and she would not remove the clothes because her Manager told her she has to wait a hour. Maybe she just didn’t want to get off her phone she was on the whole time while I’m asking for assistance. She then told me to take them out myself and I had no other choice but to do so. I’m sure you know the Unnecessary problems that may be caused by a customer removing another customers clothing because the attendant refused. At this point I had no choice I already had to wait for a washer I didn’t have time to keep waiting for a dryer also. What usually takes me about 2 1/2 hours turned into 4 hours of laundry. The DM of this location needs to speak with the manager about this “hour rule” because it’s absolutely Ridiculous."
