"Dropped off my clothes a for years ,they mixed my separate legs (white) clothes with my colored clothes and ruined them ,they also got bleach on my clothes and all they could say is that they'll be more careful next time when it wasn't the 1st or 2nd time. No discount, no paying you back for things that they damaged. I wouldn't recommend the drop-off. But its a convenient place to do your own laundry. That is the only reason I didn't give 1 star."

"Did a late night washing expedition here, place was not very clean although there were two guys cleaning while I was there. Very quiet, and for the sketchy neighborhood I didn't feel concerned for my safety. All the machines were in perfect working order, and from what I saw they do a very busy drop off service."
