"I recently visited this place and unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. From start to finish, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. First off, the cleanliness of the place was appalling. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in ages, and there was a musty odor lingering in the air that made me want to leave as soon as I walked in. It's not pleasant spending time in a dirty environment, especially when you're trying to clean your clothes! Secondly, the machines were in terrible condition. 70% of them were out of order or reserved for the employees and the ones that were functioning looked like they were on their last legs. Not to mention, the washers that were available were ridiculously expensive for the poor quality of service they provided. ( staff reserved all the cheap ones and only left expensive large ones open, 8 dollars and above.) Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by finding a different laundromat that actually cares about providing a decent service to its customers."

"They gave me my clothes two days later after me calling them for hours straight for two days. They don’t pick up the phone for nothing. They gave me my clothes smelling like mildew, and I called them back and they said the manager will be in contact with me but never even called me they also charged me $85 for a 28lb bag of clothes I will never get there service again."
