"I’ve been using this place for months for wash and fold, but this is now the 3rd time where I’ve noticed I’m missing so many pairs of underwear’s (specifically my nicest ones lol) that I’m just done. One time I even got someone else’s underwear in my bag. Every-time I’ve brought it up to them, they just don’t respond. Maybe don’t use them if you don’t want to lose your stuff."

"dependable laundromat in Alphabet City. dropped several pieces of clothing over the years for tailoring / sewing repairs. the tailoring has always turned out well and the work was quality. the prices seems fair to me (PLUS, i can’t sew nor can anyone i know and that my friends is why we live in services-dominated economy! Ha) anyway, the laundromat offers drop-off laundry as well as dry-cleaning services. the place seems pretty busy as i always see people doing their laundry or waiting for it be done. the service has always been fast and friendly. it’s a great plus to Alphabet City"

"Update; I had the most awful experience at Bubbles N Go Laundromat. I have been a loyal customer for years, despite not living close by. I used to bypass other laundry places just because of their supposedly great customer service. However, my recent encounter has completely shattered my faith in this establishment. Around five months ago, I was washing my clothes and decided to step out to the store to grab a coffee. To my utter dismay, when I returned, I discovered that someone had removed my clothes from the machines and even used up my dryer time. Naturally, I approached the night clerk and requested her to check the security cameras to identify the culprit. Her response was appalling. She claimed that she had to wait for her boss to send her the video footage. Hours later, when the footage finally arrived, it was a mess. Instead of providing a continuous view of what transpired that night, the boss sent chopped up pieces of video, making it impossible to verify if my clothes were indeed stolen. It was clear that the owner and the staff didn't care about my predicament. In fact, I was so frustrated and desperate for evidence that I even called the police. The lack of concern and assistance from the staff and management was truly disappointing. It is evident that Bubbles N Go Laundromat is solely interested in taking your money without any regard for their customers. The way they handled this situation shows a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. I refuse to set foot in that place ever again. From now on, I will be taking my business to a nicer and cleaner Laundromat up the block, where they value their customers and prioritize their needs. Shame on you, Bubbles N Go Laundromat! Your indifference and disregard for your customers are truly disheartening. I still have yet to hear from the owner."

"This place is clean and all of the machines work. The staff is very helpful. You put money on a card and you can get it for free if you sign up with your email. They also have an app to operate the machines if you want. Watch out, they only accept cash to load the card. They have an atm in there that costs $2 to withdraw cash. It’s $2.95 for a wash cycle and dryers are free after 6 pm on weekdays. You get bonus points for how many times you buy a cycle. The points are used for the free drying after 6 pm on weekdays. They have TVs and WiFi too. Hope this helps!"
