"Avoid this place. I apologize for the long review but I just had the worst experience here after using them for drop off for almost 3 years. I picked up my laundry and when I began putting my clothing away about an hour later I noticed there was something sticky that smelled like French vanilla all over them. I immediately put everything back in the bag and returned to the laundromat. I told the owner what happened and he immediately kept pointing at me saying “you” trying to blame me. I repeatedly told him that I had just picked up my clothing and this is how he gave it to me and he continued to try to put the blame on me. Then he began going through each item and I showed him the stains. He kept going back and forth between the scale and the table mumbling. He then told me that I dropped off 21 lbs and he uses 1 washer and dryer and it was too much.... If that much laundry is an issue then they should have a limit for drop off or use 2 machine. He then said I had little socks in my laundry and I said “yea, dog socks”. He then rolled his eyes and scoffed repeating “dog socks” After getting no where I said, “is this an issue?” He was like “yes issue! 21 lbs. dog socks” and I told him “this is what I’m paying you for.” I finally told him to just give me my stuff back and that I won’t be coming back. And he said just okay. Honestly, truly terrible customer service. I would expect more considering that I have gone there regularly for over 2.5 years. Rather than take accountability, they would rather lose a loyal customer."
