"This is a crooked run laundromat!! Has been for the whole 9 years I lived in this area. No where to sit. NONE of the dryers perform at the desired temperatures. I go here once in a while for washing small things like sneakers and towels. The dryers are all dumbed down to steal money from people. And half of them are always Out of Order. You can spend $5 on a dryer and your clothes will still be wet. Stay far away from this place!! I am going to report them to the BBB."

"Dear Mrs. Bubbles & Staff, This has been time & time again that I pay for hot water $4.00 premium service in each machine. Just to get hot water. Still to no avail. I finally had enough. I've been coming here since this place opened. Religiously every two weeks. Did my own laundry. (Best advice) do your own. When I started here when 1st opened there was hot water, now you can't even call the owner cell phone for any big issue's. Then customers come in with the wet clothes and use the dryer leaving myself after washing my clothes on location having to wait. There's no law and order inside this place. Yes, the workers are nice. But, do they actually address the issue? Being transparent is good but how about resolving your business issue Mrs. Bubble's, can the customer ever get hot water or an available dryer, please. Also, I want a refund of $1.50 for paying for hot water. Do your part!!!!"

"Everything I get here this store is always closed like why does it says you guys are open at 8am when you guys are never here ??!!"

"I like the laundromat. It’s clean and workers are wonderful but there one problem is that they need to update the times. They need to update the hours of the store. They don’t ever stay open until 9pm. Last wash is 7pm but if no customers they close earlier"

"Delighted with the clothing customer service we know what you do is a lot of work but the girls always do the best they can to help us, (especially a smiling girl with curly hair who always has a smile they.) Are all very kind. We know that not everything is bad but we also have to say the good things."
