"The dryer at my friend’s airbnb broke. They wouldn’t let me use their dryer without rewashing my clothes first. I even offered to pay to run a wash so I could just use the dryer. I’m only in town for a little bit- stuck from that cybersecurity issue that cancelled all those flights. I’ve been up all night since the airline didn’t get me a hotel and it was midnight already and I couldn’t get a room. I’m exhausted and just want to finally check into my hotel and rest, not spend two hours in a laundromat because the proprietor wants me to wash my freshly washed clothes before I’m allowed to use the dryer. Guy made it clear he wasn’t interested in my story or any kind of compromise. Not that he has to, but I don’t have to feel good about it either. I left- soaking clothes in my bag. Whatever, I’ll have to hang them in my room I guess."
"Service absolutely abysmal. They are incredibly unprofessional and straight up rude for no reason. I was taking my clothes out of the dryer and they literally yelled at me in front of everyone because I wasn’t doing it fast enough. I answered back in a normal tone and they kept yelling. I will never go back, especially because it’s not even cheap so why am I paying all this to be treated like this."
"Always had a great experience using the laundromat. Yes, prices are a bit high but go ahead and find another laundromat that's cheaper in the area. It's definitely one of the busier laundromats in the area but the staff there does a great job paying attention to finished machines and unloading them so other customers aren't awkwardly standing around waiting. As long as everyone has common courtesy, it's a great place to wash. They have absolutely no control over what other previous customers uses for detergent and if you have any questions, they are more than happy to help....they don't want you putting the wrong thing in the wrong spot and ruining your clothes."
"Owner seems quiet, not rude like some other reviews had mentioned, but that said I only have been there one time. Unfortunately won’t go again. He had left our washed clothes in a pile all night, and this morning when I went to pick up, 12 hours after the advertised pick up time, I saw the clothes unfolded, with no tags or bagging, piled up and unattended on a chair by the door. One of my pants has threads pulling out — my guess is his washer and/or dryer is old and there’s probably fraying components that the clothes were catching on. Our clothes are extremely wrinkled, and he did not seem apologetic at all. That, plus the horrendous prices, made this a very subpar experience unfortunately. I promise you, you deserve better than this laundromat"
"Quick service, friendly and a reasonable price. Paid $13 for all my my weeks laundry (when I dropped it off) to be washed separately and dried. Worth a trip to for laundry."
