"Have taken 3 different loads, missing clothes ALL 3 times, expensive socks, expensive shorts, expensive pants, all gone. Good news is they didn’t keep all of our clothes. Untrustworthy, beware. Will never go back. Your response is pitiful. We ARE missing 5 pairs of women’s socks ($25 value), 1 pair of womans short ($15 value), 1 pair of women’s pants ($30 value), we would need you to pay for this for us to be satisfied."
