"I live up the street and have been coming here for 3+ years, as it is the most convenient location for me. The staff are polite and helpful and they keep the place clean and organized. I usually use their wash and fold service which has never let me down, they do a great job and I have no complaints. When I use the machines there they are almost always in good working order. There is no seating inside because of the size but, unless it is cold or raining, sitting in Columbus Park across the street and reading a book while I wait has always been a worthy compromise! I do wish that they accepted card for the wash and fold service and had a laundry card system for playing for the machines, as I don't carry cash often. But it isn't a deal breaker or me."

"A very convenient place for me. There’s two trash cans and a sink (with soap as well) so if your hands get dirty or you touch detergent you can always wash them there. Rarely busy which I love, staff is patient and helpful. There’s a machine to exchange cash for quarters, and if it’s broken they usually have more to exchange with you at hand. Looks clean and is well kept. Only thing I’m not too fond of is that the parts where you walk and push the cart is more to the narrow side."

"Friendly helpful service. Bring your own detergent/ dryer sheets if doing your own. They also provide drop off service. Trouble locating entrance at first but it is located below ground level between brick partitions extending onto sidewalk. The park across the street with restrooms is enjoyable for people watching while waiting for your washer ($4.00) and dryer (approx $.25 per 3 minutes) timers. Next time I will try the dumpling restaurant 2 doors down."

"Very affordable option for doing your own laundry. We paid $4 for a small wash and about $2 to dry. Staff was friendly and the machines were easy to operate. It’s located on a lower level with some steps leading down to it so it isn’t immediately seen from the road but there is a big white and blue sign saying Laundromat above the entrance. There is no seating but we set an alarm and walked around the neighbourhood for a bit. Would definitely recommend."

"The staff was extremely helpful with machine settings for an ideal wash and dry. Very clean. Good lighting. Reasonable prices. I spent about $8 total to wash and dry my clothes. Only downside is that you must be able to navigate about 10 steps to enter (as it is located in the basement)."
