I’ve only been goin to them for almost a year now everything was great but recently every time a pair of my Lululemon leggings were gone and now a lulu top as well…. I’ve lost now abt 4 expensive workout items. I wouldn’t go here again. Sucks cause they used to be so reliable"

"Worst customer service ever. The worker does not understand nor speak English and is VERY rude. We set an alarm to arrive prior to our clothes done drying. Upon arriving to the laundromat, we noticed our clothes were taken out of the dryers. One basket was hot and the other basket of clothes was wet. We approached the worker and she said other people were waiting to use the dryers. There were still empty dryers when we arrived. She also stated she couldn’t remove wet clothes from the dryer but had no issues taking our partially wet clothes from the dryers. We are first time customers and the customer service is horrendous. We tried contacting the owner but the number on the website is bogus. The laundromat is very small and crammed. The dryers do work and heat well. Overall, take your business elsewhere. If the owner sees this, please reach out to me, I’d like to follow up on this situation."

"Put $7 into the washer, the washer wasn’t working (no sign no label explaining it’s out of service). The girl working there refused to return my money. Giving it 4 star because everyone else working here are nice."

"Dryers actually get hot, competitive prices for the machines. It's just a small spot, and the earlier you come, the better. It gets crowded fast."

"Very poor customer service I went to this place to wash my clothes which I should have just washed my clothes in my home using my washer but I wanted to do it all at once so I figured i will try this place smh they put me out before 8pm 7:35 they made me remove my clothes from the dryer then they act like they can't understand what you saying to them. it seems as if they do not like people of color only their kind that speak in Mexican then when you try to contact the owner you get a bogus phone number that's not in service I will never go back to this place again to wash my clothes I will recommend people find another laundromat and its a few all in the same area and you possibly won't get the horrible service that this place provide . You wash your clothes they don't even want you to use the bathroom. Then they want to watch you like you stealing something and talk about you in they language. Very poor customer service if I could I wouldn't give them no stars they need to be fired and replaced with new workers"
