"Absolutely absolutely ABSOLUTELY never again. They are probably one of the most unprofessional and overall disorganised laundromats in the lower east side. My laundry was lost, including a whole comforter, sheets, and a pair of Rick Owens cargos worth over 1k. What did they do? Shirk accountability. They left my clothes at the bottom of my 5th floor walk up and then charged me door to door delivery. Money doesn’t trump customer service. Because once that goes out the window it’s only a matter of time before the very people you’re rude to stop supporting you. as an Estate Manager I have a large network in which we recommend companies to each other, and I will make SURE I tell everyone to not bother."

"I have used Load Laundromat a few times now and I'm extremely happy with their service. They are open 7am to 11pm every day, even on Sunday when all competitors in the area are closed. They charge $1 a pound, at least $.20 cheaper than others in the area. They offer multiple types of detergent including those for super sensitive skin. I tried Tide Free & Clear, Arm & Hammer Sensitive Skin - itching and breaking out like a lunatic. These guys had All free detergent and all my problems are solved. On that note, I feel confident on the detail they take to clean and sanitize their machines because they were able to help me when I was failing miserably on my own. If you don't live in Peter Stuy town they will pick up, wash and deliver for $2.05 a pound. For many people, for many different reasons, that's an invaluable service. The people that work there are so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They offer a variety of different services regarding laundry (separate, spot clean, etc). The delivery people are gracious and helpful. The end product is fantastic - fitted sheets folded by goddesses. I have absolutely no complaints. 5 stars without hesitation."
