She overcharges you after you paid, she looses your stuff and is nasty when you call her out on it. There are too many laundry mats in Queens to deal with somone like her. She takes your money and gives trash service. I think she even gave me back clothes once that wasn't properly washed! NEVER AGAIN!!!"
