"This is by far the worst experience I have had with a cleaners. I was not only overcharged, but the zipper on my sweater was another color than the original. No customer service in terms of remedying the situation and it was poorly done to say the least. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!"

"I took a dress here in August to have the straps adjusted so that they would fit tighter. It looks like a two year old did it. Also there was a guy sitting in the front when I walked in (with another customer right behind me) the guy sitting there ignored us although he saw us, until we asked was anyone working. He then called a guy from the back that took forever to come. Horrible customer service and terrible work."

"**HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXPERIENCE**- Do not go to this cleaners!!! I dropped 3 coats off at this location and was advised that the job would be completed on Wednesday 12/26/18. When i arrived, the staff tried to give me a coat that was not mine and when i advised that it wasn't my coat, they claimed my coat was lost. I patiently waited 25 minutes for them to search their inventory for them to tell me that me that my coat had been taken by someone else and to return tomorrow. I insisted that they find my coat or I would not pay for their labor. A member of the staff then stated we have so many coats here, it's hard to keep track!! I waited another 20 minutes for them to bring my coat to me with the same tears that was asked to be repaired. The staff began to argue with me stating that the ticket only stated a zipper repair. I then questioned that if that was the case why would a safety pin be placed on the tear because I did not place it on my coat?? They finally stated that they would repair the tear immediately and expected me to wait 30 minutes until it was complete. I advised them that this was HORRIBLE customer service and I will return the next business day to pick up my coat because I had an event to attend. I wish i could give no stars, but PLEASE do yourself a favor and go to another dry cleaners."

"I am very unsatisfied with what they did with my prom dress. I asked them to put snaps on it in order for me to be able to add and remove a piece of fabric in the front of the breast area when ever I needed to. But apparently the material was too hard to see the snaps onto it, so they just took it upon themselves to see it down when I explicitly said that would not work. And on top of that they did not even call to say what they were doing and the change in the plan. Another thing was that they said the dress would be ready by Monday and it was not and when the person I asked to pick it up for me got there on Tuesday it still was not ready. And the reason it was not ready was because of the issue with sewing the snaps on. So I don’t understand why they didn’t say that. And to top it all off, they did not tell the person they changed the plan. The person checked before she left and saw that they did not use snaps. They do not care. They just do what they want. And there prices are ridiculous. Not recommended at all."
