"They need to have more working machines and also clean the restroom. It's always smells. They also needs to stop allowing those people that sit in front of the laundromat smoking and drinking not to use the restroom because half of the time, they use it to wash off and other things."

"I went to the laundry this morning and I had to sit and wait for the attendant to arrive it was after 6. After I put my clothes into a machine, only to find out that the machine was broke there was nothing on the machine to let me know it wasn't working. I called the attendant over to let him know about the machine, he said to me I shouldn't checked to see if it was working before I put my clothes in. OMG then he wanted to give me the some off brand. I told him No I used gain, then wanted to try and give some fabric softener from a DIRTY paper container. I asked him would he want his wife using this. I drive up from Newark to o wash my clothes. I did ask him to GIVE me anything. Just do your job."
"I try to go as close to 6:00 am as possible. That's when it is really clean and you can get in and get out. A lot of machines are out of service which is bad. But the owners are nice and warm. And the location is great, right in the heart of the shopping center."
