"They essentially DO NOT offer self service laundry. As many others here have stated, the number of machines designated as employee only and being only used for the wash and fold service have increased greatly over the past year. Most of the time the wait for a machine is over 20 minutes. Even if you talk with the staff, they will say you can use a machine in 40 minutes, but when you come back 35 minutes later they are already filling the machine with another staff load. They know they are the only laundromat within a mile radius and take advantage through extremely high prices ($10+ just to wash) and inconsistent service. Given how much they pride themselves on their technology, they really should implement a waiting list system for the few self service machines that are left."
