"My family has been coming here for a while. Management changed a few years ago and it's been renovated. It used to be run by a family before it was bought out by a local NYC chain. Here's a review of the new place: They do a good job with drop-off laundry service. It's usually done really quickly (like 1 day) and the laundry comes folded well. Price wise, I don't know if this place is considered expensive or not. Washers and dryers seem like a fair price to me. It's $3-7 per washer cycle depending on the size of the machine. Dryers are about $0.65 (at most) for 10 minutes. You need to use a reloadable card to use the machines so it's more worth it to come here if you're going to come on a regular basis. In my opinion it's better than having to use quarter operated machines. I've had no problems with the services here. They are open reasonably early and close fairly late."

"False advertisement with opening hours. Says It closes at 11 pm. I went at 10 pm to grab my clothes from the dryer and almost wasn't let in by a super rude guy. Google says it closes at 11pm and there is a sign on the door that says "last wash at 9pm, closes at 11pm". He said it closes at 9pm and that at 11 pm is when they (he) wash the machines. Makes no sense. If you wanna close at 9pm then just advertise so."

"This laundromat is a complete scam! The owners continually increase minimum prices on everything. You must pay a minimum of $10 to load onto your $1.50 laundry card when paying with a cc. small and weak dryers start at .55 cents, large weak dryers start at .65 cents. The bathroom has had an out of order sign on it for at least a year and the laundromat attendants were overheard talking about the sign’s use as a deterrent for customers asking to use the restroom. When i asked to speak to the owner about all of these horrible business tactics/ lies/ scams, the attendant working said he didn’t speak english and didn’t know anything. i busted out my fluent spanish and the attendant said he had never met the owner and that he reports to a “base”, got assigned to this laundromat, and that he keeps getting complaints from customers about the increase in charges without notices and that he doesn’t know how to handle the complaints so he does nothing and say he doesn’t speak english and people usually walk away afterward. This place is HORRENDOUS."

"Very rude and non-welcoming establishment. I went there at 9:30pm on a Thursday night, the sign on the door said open till 11, last wash at 9. I only had to use the dryer for 10 min. But this dude didn't let me in and rudely locked the door saying that he doesn't care and has to clean. Never going back there again."

"terrible customer service. had a garbage bag full of dry cleaning, no one assisted me. Before even acknowledging me, a man yelled at me for wetting the counter with a couple of drops of water from the pouring rain outside. Taking my business elsewhere. Work on your customer service because you just lost a couple customers. Funny that a worker at a laundromat has a problem with getting his hands a little wet."
