Second, they have an employee working there who’s always in a bad mood, constantly smokes right by the entrance so the smoke goes inside and stinks up the place, and in general just seems to be miserable while taking it out on the costumers - god knows how and why she’s still employed there."
"The washing machines do not wash the clothes. My clothes always smell dirty after! Only the one large washing machine cleans your clothes but the dryers also smell bad! These washers and dryers are gross and don’t clean the clothes. On top, the place reeks of cigarettes when the workers and patrons are smoking outside with the doors and windows open."
