"The machines are all dirty and not well-maintained, and the staff are all extremely rude. One of the dryers caught fire the other day and ruined everything inside, likely from poor upkeep. There are better laundromats that cost less. I definitely do not recommend, especially if you value your clothes."

"The machine doesn’t wash your clothes and the dryers doesn’t dry your clothes that’s because the dryers are full of lint from other customers, staff does not assist you or act like they don’t speak English!! they are very rude and the place smells like mildew and foul laundry."

I had an issue with my pants and shorts coming back with faded blotches on them, but I’m honestly not sure if maybe that was due to me applying detergent directly onto the fabric before drop off. Ugh. The manager humorously told me that this faded look was “in style” now anyways. Otherwise the place itself is large so no issues finding open machines when I’ve done my own laundry, though chairs could use some repairs."
