I am impressed by the anything but gimmicky bonus incentives and how the manager makes himself available if any issue arises. The customer's voice is acknowledged and celebrated. This personal touch makes you feel all the more supported. Further, on a hot and humid New York City summer's day, I did not mind sitting with my book, accompanied by air conditioning that was perfectly acclimated. I confess I do not have air conditioning in my home and am sensitive when the temperature is given to exaggeration. Here, it is easy to feel comfortable and decompress as you wait for your laundry to be done. Further, there is something special about this place as other patrons do not bother me while I may choose to read or engage in some research with my tablet. Clearly, quality attracts quality."

A very clean place and there’s a a wash area right after you enter so you can wash your hands before doing the laundr. I felt very comfortable and relax while doing my laundry. Keep it up."
