"I was coming to this laundromat when the small machine were $2.00 or $2.25. I was here two months ago or so and the small machine was $3.00 it's now $3.25. The dryer is now 5 mins when it was 6 mins. Back in 2020 it was 8 mins. The washing machines are getting worn out. For the price to go up and there is like 3 tables to use to fold with the workers often use 2 at a time. The newer laundromat is down the block and will continue to go there."
"Once again with the rude attitude, this is my third interaction but this is the last one that’s ever gonna happen, first time I came she asked if the stuff in the machine is mine, who says that? The second time she said she told me to pick up the drying sheet when they weren’t mine and I repeatedly told her that they weren’t mine and she said it has to be mine. Mind you i’m still not going off on her yet, third time my dad came in and he was about to help me and mind you i’m a teen with an adult walking in, What are your thoughts when you see and adult with a child. She asked my father what he’s doing here. Excuse me? What is he doing here? Like what is this question, you have zero brain cells. I don’t think you know how to function properly after each rude interaction you have. Are you mentally disoriented or are you special, pick one. Her name is Maria get her up outta here with her goofy ahh, I hope you get a life and actually stop being goofy and stupid and delulu to people. That’s why no one comes at night, all because of you, you must be ashamed cause your such self centered bum."
"I usually going during the afternoon, so I get these other two ladies (one with black hair and an older lady who has bronze hair) that work there than Maria that everyone is talking about. They’re pretty nice and get the job done. The only thing that kinda annoys me with them is when I ask for help with my bag to get out the cart and they don’t help. They’ll literally watch you struggle for 5-10 mins before maybe getting involved. But even still probably don’t. One time I asked for help (there was a guy that assists the lady with the laundry) and he just looked at me and then back down to his phone. Then she said “you can do it yourself it’s easy”. Clearly if it was easy I would’ve gotten it out the cart less than a minute ago. And then she shows me how I could’ve taken it out by basically putting the cart on the floor (keep in mind this place is super small) and shimmies the bag out like a newborn baby. I’m looking at her like girl who is doing allat to take a bag out when you just simply partner with me to take the bag out instead and it’ll be out within 30 seconds???? So that annoyed me bc doing too much. Other than THAT tho, can’t beat their prices. Bc I drop my clothes off with them and they do $1 per pound. My clothes usually are 20-25lbs. Then adding downy or tide is $2. Otherwise, I would go back to my other laundromat that’s closer cus they’ll help with my bags no questions asked"
"I like this place, prices are ok. 2.75 for small, 4.50 med, around 7$ for large machine. They have a drop off option. Ive seen two women who work there one is very sweet, always helpful and working but occasionaly theres another who is a bit nasty. She questions why im there (which should be obvious) and then if i step outside and come back she questions if you have clothes washing inside and watches you. They dont have people hang out in there so i dont understand her issue. Usually the sweet one is there earlier so i wouldnt let the gremlin deter you from trying this place. Update, went there later in the day and the lady who works evenings was wiping down machines with a dirty rag and squeezing the liquid from the rag after cleaning into someone's laundry while it was cleaning rather than going to the bathroom or something. That's so unsanitary and she waited for person to walk outside to do so. If you go in the evenings watch your items. As well as only letting ppl use certain machines because she wanted to make sure she had a clear view of the tv, standing in doorway smoking instead of going all the way outside. Etc. I strongly recommend only going in mornings and early afternoon."
"I’ve had countless bad experiences with the woman who closes at night. The women who open during the day are very nice and always helpful but the woman who closes at night is always rude and disrespectful. Every time I’ve come to this laundromat at night Maria has always had a nasty attitude towards all the customers. She’s always yelling at customers for no reason and bad mouthing them out loud complaining and insulting customers when Maria is the only one trying to start a fight. Last time I had come she had told me there were no machines available when there was only one customer inside and I could see multiple open machines. The actual laundromat itself is not bad. The machines are still relatively new with decent prices but some of the washing machines stop during the middle of the cycle and Maria will refuse to give customers a refund even though it was not their fault. Maria has ruined my experience and has ruined it for countless of other customers. If you are considering coming to this laundromat only come during the day."
