"I live on top of the laundromat and every time I come wash my clothes I have nowhere where to put them to dry all the machines are taken by the ladies that work there one of them named Anna is the worst human being on this planet. She is very rude, disrespectful, and always unhappy to see customers come in. She’s also very unhelpful and a very bad person. I’m not here to talk about her, but I’m here to specially show you guys that there is no dryers because they’re all taken by the workers. They claim that all of them are orders for clients that drop their clothes and leave however the owner of this location should find a solution to this issue. I’ve read the different reviews and this is not the first one I see about dryers!"

"Without a doubt the worst laundromat ever!!! There aren’t enough dryers ever because the very rude and unhelpful ladies that work there are using all of them and God forbid you even try to fold your clothes there because again the very unhelpful ladies that work there are using every counter space and are extremely rude about it! There’s only one older lady there that is actually helpful, I think she’s the day worker but the rest are rude and unless, just on their phone the whole time. Avoid this place by all means, not worth it! Go anywhere else."

"[Should preface this by saying that I posted this same review of them on Yelp, but wanted to spread the good vibes!] After a few months of having our laundry done by Soft Bubbles, I can say that this is by far the best experience I've had with wash & fold laundry spots in the city. The folks here are incredibly professional, friendly, and super quick. I almost always have my bags brought back on the same day they were picked up, which is always a nice surprise, as I haven't been used to such fast service from other places. We get our clothes back neatly folded and packed, smelling fresh and clean! It's not an overwhelming scent at all, but if you have specific detergent needs, they seem like they'd be able to accommodate any requests! Finally writing this review because I totally mixed up my days and forgot that they would be coming to pick up my bags today and I wasn't prepared, and the guy was really generous about it, even though it was entirely my fault (they even send out an email the night before and a text message before they arrive, both of which I missed-- again, my fault). He said I could just reschedule! I called the laundromat when he left, and the person who picked up was just as friendly and understanding about it, even though--and I feel like I have to stress this-- this was a problem that was entirely my bad. I told them up front that I'd be happy to pay any cancellation or rescheduling fees, but the person on the phone said there wasn't anything like that built in. I told him I'd add an extra tip regardless, so I'm hoping it will make up for my mix-up! Rescheduling was super fast, and they let me reschedule to just 30 minutes after my original time! Soft Bubbles rocks, and Astoria keeps getting better and better with folks like them in it. Happy to be a returning customer!"

"i used to work around the block from the location but i still come here even if i live like 50 blocks away, great service specially Ana who always cleans my clothes very well and keeps it very organize, employees like her keeps me coming back to this location"

"Great little laundromat. The place is always clean and a lot of the machines have been updated. I've never had any issues and the prices are great. My roommate has used the pickup and drop off service and she loves it."
