"Not a bad place at all DON’T FORGET TO BRING CASH. There are self serve machines for supplies so if you don’t detergent you can by some on site but be aware that to get a laundry card you have to pay a $2 fee to get a card + however much you’re loading into the card. The machine only takes cash. Washing machines range in prices depending load size $6-$11 and then larger if needed. Washes cycles 35 minutes or so. Dryer cycles are based on 5 minute intervals so you pay $0.25 per 5 minutes and different temp settings + a setting for delicates. There are seats, carts, and tables that are there for use as well so I just set a timer and sit around. The staff is friendly and helpful, they also do laundering services and will use the same machines so it can get busy & crowded."

"Best aspect is the location, obvs. But you better be ready to pay for it, because it's 2-3 times more expensive than a normal Manhattan residential laundromat. Example, medium wash costs $7.75 whereas the same size wash load at my usual laundromat on UWS costs $4.50. Second example, the dryers are 5-min per quarter inserted whereas at my UWS regular place you get 8-min for each quarter. I'm not being cheap, just saying that hey, it adds up. But again, response estate always says it's about location. The washers work well and the dryers are actually properly heated so things get dry. No damp surprises when you get home. Plus it does seem surprisingly clean."
