"Never go back again, I gave a cashmere sweater for dry cleaning, the employee told me that dry cleaning does not shrink clothes. The sweater has reduced in size and the material is not as soft as before. They refuse to refund me for the sweater… really dishonest person."

"DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER. Terrible service. I've used these people out of desperation three times, and each time some of my dress shirts have come back with brand new stains that were not there before. Their dry cleaning hardly cleans clothes appropriately to begin with, but every single time they manage to mar my clothes with a new stain. When I showed the cashier these stains, he shrugged and alleged I was making it up. I would rather show up to work in my pajamas than give these people another dime."

"Couldn’t be happier or more impressed. Came in yesterday morning with my partner’s beige coat which had experienced an oil stain the night before. I was told pick up would be in three days, however this didn’t work for me as we’re leaving town in 2 (I had another cleaner turn me away as I wasn’t giving them enough time). I was told I may not get perfect results with the quick turn around but low and behold the coat is as good as new. Couldn’t be happier, couldn’t recommend high enough. Thanks guys!"

"Terrible rude people. They claim to do special requests and then laugh when you make simple ones. I would give zero stars to this rude business if I could. Edit to reply. I don't think asking my shirts not be machine dried so they don't shrink is asking to much. The Offer to dry clean each shirt individually at an extra cost is just insulting. I should have read the other reviews earlier."
