"Updating my review from 1 star to 4. They purchased new machines and that women no longer works here. Machines work and the store is better operating. —- The people working the store can be very nice, one shorter Mexican women is extremely rude and doesn’t communicate well; incompetent. I had machines steal my money on two occasions, I didn’t even want my money back I was just trying to explain to her that it didn’t work so that she can advise someone. She made me take out my money and count it to her to prove I have less quarters than I cashed. She then threw 3 quarters at me for my trouble. What a rude individual. I asked for contact information for the manager and she said there is no manager. Also no oversight here, I saw people washing their shoes, that shouldn’t be allowed. Literal algae growing in their machines. No care."

"Its definitely true what they say about the employee that's in charge or the Laundromat. She only looks out for her own kind and treats everyone else as if they're such a bother. She keeps a hawk eye on customers as if they're planning to case the joint. The machines barely work at times. As long as you're focused on going in and out of there and ignoring the employees' ignorance and racist ways, you'll be ok."

"I’ve been coming here for 10 years and it used to be great. But now the machines really need to be updated, cleaned and repaired. All of the dryers are always broken and never fixed. The machines take your money and then they stop so when you return to pick up your dried clothes they are still sopping wet. It’s unacceptable that they won’t just spend the money to fix the machines that is how this place makes money. PLEASE FIX YOUR MACHINES!"

"Wonderful service. Clean space. Functional machines. No seating, but there’s free wifi and folding tables to lean on. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets and bags for purchase. Coin machine. They offer some reasonable cleaning services on coats and blankets. And they offer drop off laundry services."

"This is a filthy laundromat with old moldy machines. No your clothes will not get clean here. The staff is beyond rude. They hold the larger machines and working dryers for fellow Mexicans. If you are not one of them they will treat you like garbage. The blond, suburban owner shows up around 10 AM to take the money from the machines from the day before. She takes it and leaves. She could care less about the broken machines and lack of heat in yhe driers. Use at your own risk. This place is worse than the basement machines in the projects."
