""The Great American Rip-off" though the owner is actually Russian. If there is such a word as 'money rip-off,' it definitely applies to this place. First of all, there are no prices listed anywhere. You have no right to get a refund for any money left on the card. The minimum amount you can add to the card for a wash is 10 dollars. Cash payments are not accepted. Everything seems designed to be against the customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I have lived in Hell's Kitchen since 1994, and in the last three years, this - my go-to - has become my NO Go. Overcrowded, machines are not clean, and service is spotty. I will not go back."

"I usually do drop off. The woman that works there is really nice every time I come in. The place is super busy so if you want to do self service, come early. The prices for drop off are fair (better than the cash-only place down the street, but still very Manhattan). No complaints."

"The new woman at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful I been doing my laundry here for many years when the Ecuadorian couple were here, but since a month ago, this women took over and she is rude. Business owner should be carful of who they hire if they don't want to lose customers and their business. Now I have to go look for another laundromat.....Update, I found another laundry at the corner of 51st street and 10th Ave. It looks more spacious, and the management has better reviews on Google, so hopefully we will do business with them for a long time"

"The woman currently working here is incredibly angry, rude, and hostile for no good reason. I arrived at 9:00 and she immediately tried to turn me away. Only after arguing with her and agreeing that I would not dry my clothes was I allowed entrance. Management should find a better employee who does not turn away customers."
