"NO STARS. This place lied (twice) about when my laundry would be delivered. I waited around ALL DAY for my laundry to just never show up? Not even a courtesy call telling me that my laundry would not be delivered before they closed...? FINALLY received my laundry to find that my sheets were ruined and dyed pink (they're white). AND I was over charged. This place is by far the worst laundry service I have ever used."
"I've been dropping wash and fold + laundry here for 2 years without any complaints. They are fast and reliable and the flexible hours really help (open late till 10 most weeknights!). Cost-wise I think it's pretty reasonable, dry cleaning is a bit pricey but I think you'll find that anywhere you go. The staff is friendly and pretty quick - making it a really painless experience!"
"I'm so happy Suits & Skirts is in the area. They are by far the best cleaner in the neighborhood. The owners are so friendly and always more than accommodating. They're very dog friendly too! (in the store and for delivery/pickup) I love that they're open late because let's be honest, how many people are ever home early enough during the week to pick up their laundry? Highly recommend them and will be using them as long as I'm in the neighborhood."
"The first of its kind. When this cleaner opened a block from my apartment, I noticed the catchy title and awesome logos. But when I actually brought my dry cleaning there I noticed that stuff was just the start. These guys are great. It's run by two cool 20-something guys who are very personable and seem to really enjoy what they do. On top of that, the service is impeccable. You get an itemized E-Receipt that even states the brands of the shirts you brought in, ensuring you never have a mix up. It tells you the costs (which are very competitive and low), and you get notification when the clothing is ready for pick up. And com'on- open until 10pm?! That is a win in my book. I'm just upset it took me 3 years to find a cleaner I am not indifferent about. When I move in a month I can guarantee I will be walking the extra 4 blocks to come back to these guys."
