Reviews
"excellent cleaners and laundry. their attention to detail is stellar."
"One time they left super big bright yellow stain on my white dress after dry cleaning. Ruined the whole dress. Another time they lost my belt. And another time they dry cleaned my sweater and charged me $20 without me knowing it. I brought my sweater in and I just wanted the tailor to fix it, not to dry clean it. I told them in person and later on the phone that I do not want to dry clean it. But they still charged me for dry cleaning. I mean, seriously? And another time they charged me delivery fee when I picked up the clothes myself. These are the four major issues that I recall."
"Very kind language and glad to take in any garment- and especially your money. They are very unprofessional and rude when customer concerns arise. Do not trust them to clean anything delicate, and absolutely expect a heat pressed, permanent bar code tag to be hidden inside of your garment after cleaning is done. They severely ruined a brand new silk chiffon dress shirt that is very expensive and would not admit it was their fault when they treated the garment without care. Helen the “Manager” told me that I don’t know anything about garment care when I asked why my shirt was incorrectly pressed, the fabric was burned, and there was a very obvious unremovable barcode tag left from cleaning. Please don’t be fooled. They also charge extra if they recognize that your garment is from a popular high end designer (prada, balenciaga, gucci, etc). This place sucks, the service is trash and I have had to re-embark on finding a dry cleaner I can actually trust. Wouldn’t even give me a refund, worst experience ever. And if any of the owners see this, please tell Helen she needs to work in a different field."
"Terrible service - ruined two new sweaters with stains from cleaning process. Don’t stand by their work and lied about the stains. Don’t use them. Here’s a follow-up to my earlier review. They also ruined a woman’s jumpsuit by shrinking it (just found it). Here’s the blue jumpsuit laying on top of the same jumpsuit of a different color. They ruin your clothes and do not stand by their work."
"I am very angry right now. Last Saturday I found a small spot on my sweater that had good ratings on Google, and I removed the small stain from my clothes and had it dry-cleaned. After that, three days later, they said it was okay to go to the clothes shop, so I found the clothes and checked them at home, and I was very shocked. The stain on the clothes was not erased and the stain got bigger and worse, and the size of the clothes was completely reduced. This one is made of wrinkled clothes that have been washed in hot water. After that, I went back to that place, showed the clothes, and raised the issue. She said that she didn't know because we entrusted clothes to other companies and that she would ask for an investigation there. I went back today to find a place that completely ruined a sweater for $1000, and she opened her eyes and made the only excuse that she didn't know. I don't understand why the consumer left the clothes there after seeing the reviews, but she doesn't understand why I only entrusted the clothes to another company so it's not her own. I told you to come back, but that doesn't mean my sweater can fix it! It's really the worst experience and it's so detestable to see her shirk her responsibilities. If you don't want your clothes to be ruined here too, don't go there."
