Also, my old cleaner kept breaking the buttons on my dress shirts but I’ve so far had no problems with 202 Cleaners. Recommend!"
"I sent a shirt and a suit jacket for dry clean. Got a black dot on my white linen shirt by the chest (I swear it wasn’t there because it’s at such an obvious location). They also somehow broke the 3 sleeve buttons into halves on the suit jacket. I’m very confused about how this happened. Service is quick tho."

Always friendly, great prices, and have never messed up any of my clothes (something I can't say for the other cleaners I've been to). They always remember my name, give my dog a treat, and ask how my baby is doing. Professional and kind No question, the best cleaners in Murray Hill with the best prices"
"Not so expert tailoring. Grant it I did ask for something outside of the mundane. I needed a dress shortened as I am a fairly petite lady. But instead of cutting the bottom I wanted the skirt moved up to create a more flattering waistline for myself. I was told, "It impossible!" and turned away. I just got back from another dry cleaners that accepted my odd request and did a stellar job. I love the new waistline! Turns out it was VERY possible. Though I must give them some points for knowing their limits. I'd hate it if they accepted the job then botched it up. I would just have appreciated more honesty, not lies about it being physically impossible."
