"I’m a regular customer of this place since day 1. Saw the owners before and even congratulate them for the new business. We drop and pick up our laundry here every week with tips. I live at the condo on top of the store. Couple of months ago. I had a bad experience after of years of good relationship. I was being charged more than what the invoice given to me at drop off when I was picking it up. I was suprised by the bad customer service given to me when handling the situation. It was unexpected given that for years I would say we had a good exchange of coversation all the time. I was told no that can’t honor the first receipt but the second (where the second receipt I wasn’t present when it happened or whatnot) I paid but expressed my disappointment. Given that I’m a regular and give tips all the time. I felt betrayed. But during that day. Their reception reached out to me when they saw me. Saying that they reached out to owner and that I could bring my card to issue a refund for the difference. I didnt go. Thats enough of for me that day. But cool. They tried. I let that go. I still go. Everytime I go I maintained civil. I really left what happened behind. I just go as a regular customer again. When that happened I tried to pay right away. But I dont want them to feel I dont trust them. And sometimes I dont have my card or phone with me so still went back to paying when picking up. Either the next day if they can’t finish same day or same day if its ready. I dont have a problem with the two hispanic ladies. But Today 7/18/24. As usual the rude chinese lady. Which I just ignore all the time her attitude. I dont let it bother me. But really crossed the line today. So I was dropping off going on with my day. As usual I said I’ll pay later. She yelled at me. She said no you have to pay first! And then walked away from the counter and slammed the sign where it says pay first. Which I’m not sure new or what. But the thing is she left me went back to the laundry she was folding. So? I was left there speechless. I have my phone with me. I can pay. But the thing is you were so rude yelling at me like who the hell you think are and also you went away while having transaction. Unreal!!!! So I told her. I have my phone I can pay. If thats a new rule or whatever but the way you engage and leaving me there like what the actual f is going on? So I told her “you know you can talk to me and not walk away right. I can pay now if thats whats happening.” She then go back to the counter and leave the machine to pay at the table and again went back to the laundry she was folding. So I helped myself and process the payment. And I was like can I get a receipt. She yelled I already left the table!!! She went back and gave it time. What the hell ! I always try to contact the owners to at least look for someone to talk to with sense and professionalism and I cant. Phone number nobody answer. That chinese attendant is very rude and idk. She needs to do another job where she dont have to talk or something. Cause she really have a bad attitude. Disgusting! Very unacceptable!"

"I love using this laundry mat but my reasoning for the one star is that one of the employees ( who is Chinese) is super rude to the customers not allowing us to use the machines , yelling at everyone, and even goes as far as to tell the customers to leave the facility that they are not welcomed when they are not the ones who are in the wrong. Tried calling the owner of the laundromat but have had no luck. Please be aware when she is there and try to go when the two Hispanic ladies are there they are the best and help accommodate all the customers."

"Super cute and clean place as a laundromat but would not recommend using their dry cleaning service. They lost our clothes, never got back in touch with us. I reached out to them several times and then they just went radio silent. $143 down the drain and no apology nor refund. Too bad, especially since there aren’t that many options in this neighborhood. Update - after almost 1.5 months, they found our shirt but only after many attempts on our part and a lot of chasing them."

"There are a couple of laundromats nearby. This is definitely the most beautiful and cleanest place I have ever been to. If you are tired of long waiting for laundry to wash and dry up, you can take a rest or play your phone by sitting on the the chair near the window. Here is the price list for anyone who is interested in. I think it's pretty reasonable S 3.25; M 4.25; L 6.00; and XL 8.00. It also showcases many detergents in front section too. I usually don't leave comments, but I like this place so much that I think it's necessary for everyone to know about it. Nice place!!!"
