"I used wash and fold service. All I can comment on. 10lbs laundry $30. 2stars all my clothes smelled like Tide or some other very perfumed detergent. To the point where someone next to you can smell it. IMO Clean clothes smell like nothing not detergent. Will not use them again."

"We have used these cleaners several times on lengthy trips to NYC. They are efficient, friendly, and timely. In fact, on our last trip our high end hotel lost the laundry delivery and Gambino at VIP went out of his way to help track down the clean and laundered clothing which had been delivered on time but the hotel hadn’t brought it to our room. "Definitely recommend this spot if you need to get your clothes tailored! I'm typically very skeptical about getting my clothes tailored since I haven't had a spectacular experience thus far. But I had to get my bridesmaid dress altered a couple inches off the floor and a family member recommended this place since the tailor is very good. Overall experience was great. The staff were professional and very friendly - Was greeted with delight and a smile at 9am on both Monday mornings I went (for fitting and pickup). This is rare for me as other tailors I've been to were grumpy and curt with me. The results were very clean with much attention to detail - Unlike other tailors I've been to for simpler (shorts and skirts) alterations. It was exactly what I wanted so I'm really glad I tried this place out and will definitely return in the future."
