"They let you dry mon-fri and then complain about you drying your clothes. They use all the machines for drop-off service, and the few machines left they get an attitude if you dry too long. They should just have drop-off service if using their facilities is going to be an issue. I've interacted with two of the ladies there, and it's like night and day."

"Fine for doing your own laundry, though most machines are being used for drop-offs so finding one can be hard. Speaking of drop offs, avoid this place for that. I dropped off some sheets and towels a few months ago, along with my own unscented and hypo-allergenic detergent. My bedsheets were completely ruined. They were an ivory type color and came back pink with some parts more intensely so than others. Obviously something red had bled and they had tried to remedy it by bleaching the sheets to all hell. The sheets stank of bleach and started fraying soon after. Nothing was mentioned when I picked up my laundry. Several hundred dollars down the drain !!!"

"They not only lost multiple items of mine and denied it and wouldn’t take responsibility, but I also received another person’s clothing in my returned laundry, which I returned to them. They have horrible customer service. Zero accountability and they were nasty to me when I inquired about my missing items."

"I really liked going to Miss Bubble Laundromat, which was the first time. The prices to wash clothes was pretty reasonable, and my clothes came out so nice and clean. The only problem for me was, that there were no chairs, which I need, since I had double knee replacement, and have back issues. Otherwis, all was well."

"Great laundromat in UES New and clean laundromat with lots of new strong machines and service options at reasonable prices. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Don’t go on weekends or holidays as the place would be super packed. Would recommend!"
