"I usually have a great experience getting items altered but the woman working on Saturday November 4th was so rude and turned me away. She didn’t know how to handle alterations without someone else being there. Usually everyone I talk to when I go there knows how to accommodate alterations so I’m confused as to why she’s the only person in this place who isn’t educated on their services. Do better."
"Great laundromat for wash&fold and dry cleaning. My clothes always come back fresh and clean, best of all they seem to separate the wash by color/type. I've done wash and fold a couple of times now and couldn't be happier, also, little to no clothing shrinkage which is always one of my big fears trusting someone else with my laundry. The woman who is always working is so sweet and polite!"
