York Launderette

"I have laundry room in my building but the machines are not always reliable. And when I come to York launderette with my dog, they are so nice and always very quick with changes and provides the best services. love my neighborhood small businesses!"

"Beware of closing time. Just because it says 10pm, last call happens around 8:30 ish. I was almost kicked out but the manager was nice enough to let me stay. The lady that followed me over 30 mins later not only showed up late, said she wouldn’t use the dryer, only to leave and forget her close (came back late) and still ended up using the dryer… Wash takes a little over 30 minutes to complete. Dryer is $.25 for 6minute I believe. Sometimes the machines a little hiccupy. Generally a solid place to do laundry (would’ve given a 3 star) rating, but one night a roach came in and no staff did anything about it. They just cleaned/worked around it. I think that was the last time I did laundry there. Lol"

"They do a good job with the laundry but the man behind the counter is so unpleasant and rude. He just is all around rude and seems to be in such a bad mood. I used to be a regular customer here, but after the last couple of times dealing with the male employee behind the counter, I just have had enough. Along with that the last time they told me what time they would deliver my laundry and they were extremely late and it was extremely stressful to track down my exact order over the phone. If you get any other employee then its a great service, but the male one is just so so so terrible."

"Efficient. I love that they hand us quarters in whatever amount we need. The people who work here are quick to smile and laugh. Every machine I’ve used works well. They have a lot of security camera displays, lol."
