"WOW! I had the most incredible laundry experience here! I brought in a whopping 25 pounds of laundry, and it cost $30 to have everything washed and dried, folded and sorted. I was expecting to pick it up the next day, but I came back in an hour to collect something that didn't need to be dried, and ALL 25 POUNDS were ready. WOW. This place is amazing. I will go back every time. Thank you!!"

"Pros: 1) Very friendly staff who remember your name 2) Quick service - generally next day for wash and fold and 2 days for dry cleaning 3) For me, their location is very convenient Cons: 1) They have lost multiple articles of my clothing in wash and fold which cost me about $200 to replace (left my name and asked if they had seen the clothing but never heard back) 2) Price. Not sure of the per-unit price on dry cleaning but wash and fold is $1.20 per pound. Significantly higher than the $0.80 I pay at the cleaners near my work. 3) General lack of organization - they have given me other people's clothing from dry cleaning before which I had to then go back to return"

"Unfortunately, they do not handle delicate items right such as underwear, sweaters and workout clothes. Most clothing should be washed in cold water and dried on low heat. They have the ability but don't want to adjust the machines. This is not the place that you should go if you care about taking care of and preserving your clothes."
