The only time we had an item returned to us damaged was a delicate that we accidentally put in the wash-and-fold service bag for delivery. Even though it was our fault, the manager was very kind and understanding. They repaired the damage and delivered it back to us, free of charge. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back!"

"My wife and I have been coming to City Cleaners for years. We have had suits, shirts, blouses and dresses cleaned here. We have also have had alterations done, etc.. Their work is always impeccable and they get it done on time even when we have had to have something done on short notice. They have salvaged items that were stained that we thought we would have to be discarded (one of my wife's favorite dresses in particular). They are also nice guys! "Horrible tailoring! They don’t know how to do their jobs at all! And the owner has a very horrible attitude toward customer!! Why in business if you care so little about your customer? They totally ruined my sweater and skirt: used a different color and different type of thread to fix my sweater; and did the skirt inside out!? AND the owner told me that it was me who ruined them?! I send the clothes in for loose weaving and threading! Don’t do anything if you don’t know how to do tailoring! At least feel sorry about adding more damage to them!! Jeez!!! DO NOT ever come here if you don’t want to ruin your clothes!"
