"I am completely appalled at how this Laundromat treated me. I ordered delivery and my sheets came back with bleach stains. (They also had hair folded into them that is not mine, my guess is they got dropped on the floor) This was only the second time the sheets had been washed - and it was clearly their fault. I did not want to leave a negative review. I called and asked them to make it right, by at least refunding the cost of my order. The woman told me, rudely, that it was "impossible" for my sheets to be damaged because she never gets complaints, and her employees told her they didn't damage them. She told me that she did not want a customer that complains about their services and called the owner who turned out be a complete dkhead. I didn't even ask for the value of the sheets to be repaid. After essentially being told I was lying, I was offered $10 store credit for my next order. Why would I send my linens or clother to someone that calls me a liar when I encounter an issue with their handling of my belongings as well as service? Especially a laughable $10 compensation for a $100 item being irreversibly damaged. The owner, a middle-aged pathetic white man is horrendous to deal with. Horrible experience!"

"Unfortunately the person writing the review below that we don’t use soap is incorrect and confronted my girl in a hostile manner. We washed his clothing a second time out of courtesy .He came to pick up clothing . He went to smell cloths again and said you don’t use soap. We been in this location 30 years and not once have we gotten a complain about not using soap . It’s unfortunate that people like this don’t say the entire truth but fabricate a lie and try to make the business suffer in these hard economic times ."

"Small and adequate laundromat. Be sure to ask them if they have hot water before assuming they do! I once washed my clothes here on HOT and when I touched the machine, it was clearly cold water."

"I’ve been coming here for years, as I live down the block, but I will be finding a new laundromat unless something drastically changes. The employees are nice, but machines are always broken. Today, over half had no water. The owner clearly does not care about retaining business, so I will gladly take mine elsewhere."
