"The best part about this place is how kind the workers are . The dryers have minds of their own, some hot, some medium hot, some cold. People constantly leave their clothes in the washing machines and dryers, the workers assist after a certain amount of time since many people who frequent here don’t understand the use of being courteous to your fellow laundromat goers."
"Do not wash your clothes here or drop your clothes wash and fold! My clothes were left dirty .. it seems like they used no laundry detergent - one can tell by the smell and stains on some of the clothes. I don't write reviews but this one, people must know about"
"Washer machine took the credit off my card but didn’t start— when brought to the staff’s attention they told me there was nothing they can do. Didn’t offer my 5 dollar credit or nothing. I usually am very understanding, but they were extremely rude and unhelpful about it. Take your business elseware!"
"I cant stand the workers here!! 1- They take out peoples clothes from the dryers while they are wet and loose items, why not take out the machines they are working with - touching peoples intimates with their dirty hands GROSS 2- On a BUSY Saturday they choose to occupy most of the washing machines instead of working early hours or late hours- so crazy how disrespectful they are 3- I left clothes behind and when I went the next day allegedly they did not have a lost and found bin ( in so many other places they put the clothes in a bag and leave it for 1 week to be claimed) When i looked in a dirty basket they did have a pair of my gap pants but all the nice "named brand clothes" no where to be found 4- The evening lady that cleans the machines puts the DIRTY Towel water inside the washing machine where you add the SOAP -- HOW NASTY!!! I WILL FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO- SPENDING MY MONEY ON THAT NASTINESS WITH THOSE WORKERS !!"
"I've converted.... to Speedwash Laundry Center! Much newer and cleaner machines than other laundromats in the neighborhood. Convenient card payment system means you don't have to worry about having quarters or cash. You can reload with debit/credit card. Staff is helpful, nice woman came over and showed me how to reload time on the dryer. Plenty of counter space to fold too."
