"This place is amazing!! They pick up & drop off laundry. The driver is so nice and helpful!! I definitely recommend it!"
"This was my fist time using this service. Pickup and delivery went smoothly and at the time indicated. Everything was folded nicely and smelled fresh and clean. I definitely will use again. Also delivery person was very nice and professional"
"I did pickup/dropoff via the app CleanCloud for this location. First time went fine, but the next few times I was charged $5 extra. When I called to ask about the extra charge, the gentlemen stated that's the cost to air dry items. I asked why is it such a large fee and he stated it's extra work to air dry. I don't comprehend how it's considered "extra" work to grab a couple items from the washer and hang it up vs. putting in the dryer. This is actually putting less strain on the dryer since it's less items to dry and you're using the literal free air to dry my items. So after a couple of times of that nonsense, I stopped using them. Update: Note the owner or whoever is actively watching reviews and will call you if you leave a bad review. He was stating I got charged for a service I requested and the cost of air drying is listed on their site. I just checked both their site and the CleanCloud app and it doesn't state anywhere that air dry costs $5 (see photos of wash & fold pricing). He also stated the extra work is from washing my items on delicate cycle, which I never requested. I'm being charged extra for work that they decided to do on their own. Lastly, he stated I was ruining a family business with my review. I highly doubt my one review will ruin a business unless there are also a lot of other bad reviews, which does seem to be the case with this establishment. My whole issue is there was no transparency about the charge. It's not stated anywhere and I was only told after being charged and calling to ask for an explanation. I only remembered to do this review now because I was recommending this place to my husband today, since he doesn't have to air dry anything. However, after the negative phone call interaction with the owner, I told him to spend his money elsewhere. And his reply about me belittling staff?! My orders were through the app for pickup/dropoff, so I have never stepped foot in the establishment to interact with any staff. My whole interaction has been via phone with the owner, who seems quite unhinged at receiving negative reviews (see photo of unhinged reply to another bad review of the establishment being dirty)."
"Its spacious. Theres a lot of folding tables. I do think its a bit more expensive than other laundromats in the area. Staff is helpful when something doesnt work right. There are a lot of out of service machines but they have so many it hasnt been an issue for me."
"Unfortunately my wife and I may seek a new place to do our laundry. While we are just two customers, so the business may not care, we believe this review may alert management to some ongoing issues that perhaps will help them make some changes to make it a more inviting and convenient laundromat. Let's start with the issue of the dryers. It doesn't matter what day of the week you go (I for example always do laundry during the weekdays, often on Mondays when I'm off, my wife on Sat/Sun when she's off), the dryers are rarely available. And generally it's because the second half of the dryers to the right are all being used by the staff (with big Staff stickers placed on them). Fine, but then you as a business have to regulate the dryers a bit better by removing customers clothing from the dryers that are finished. I can't tell you the amount of times we have washed our clothes there, only to have to take our wet clothes around the block to another laundromat in order to find a dryer because we saw it would be a nearly 15-20 minute wait time for another available one. Mind you, some of the ones that had staff written on them were not even being used! However, even with this issue we continued going there. Let's move onto the staff. While the gentlemen at the counter are usually welcoming and will greet you with a hello, the ladies that work there ( with the exception of the older Spanish speaking woman) stare at you as you enter as though you are an intruder. Every. Time. It doesn't make sense, unless they see us customers as competition for the washers and dryers? Basic customer service, greet your customers/clients! The last straw was today for me. I washed my clothes, (with headphones on) and was awaiting a dryer as none were available. There was very kind woman standing next to me who I realized was attempting to speak to me, so I removed my headphones as I realized she was telling me in Spanish that the younger Spanish speaking worker there would remove clothes from the dryer if I asked her. That same worker she was referring to walked across me, and began speaking to the other customer. I guess that particular worker didn't realize that I speak Spanish as well, because she began to berate me to the other customer stating that she didn't care to move the clothes because I ignored her earlier. I calmly said to her in Spanish, "you know you probably shouldn't talk about customers in your place of business, you never know what languages they speak". She looked shocked and proceeded to remove clothes from two dryers, which I didn't use out of principle and stubbornness lol. I told her I wasn't ignoring her but had my headphones in, and that she could've gotten my attention rather then ignore a customer waiting for a dryer. She kept going back and forth but I decided to just stay quiet. She is not the only one who works there who can be rude. I normally don't write reviews, you can see how few I have. But this incident really bothered me. It's the most convenient location in terms of proximity and it's a shame that I will have to go further to do my laundry, but it doesn't make sense to be made to feel like they are doing me a favor when I pay to do my laundry there. I can't say for certain that I won't go back, but I may give a few other locations a try."
