"Excellent Cleaners is the best dry cleaner on the Upper West Side! Amy is the tailor there and she delivers the best customer service- my husband and I used her to tailor a dress and suit for our rehearsal dinner and she tailored them to perfection and got it back to us so quickly so we were stress free for our event. She is also tailoring outfits for my honeymoon (I’ve included one picture attached) and you can see the attention to detail and her ability to tailor any type of clothing. She is super trustworthy, hands on and caring. In our house, we call her “amazing Amy” because she’s the best tailor and has been so reliable, thoughtful and fast!!! "This place is absolutely making. Amy is welcoming , genuine, warm and inviting and goes above and beyond for make her customers happy. I brought over many clothes, with stains all over, making them look extremely dirty. Every.single.stain. Is out now and my clothes look brand new. I particularly wanted to bring to attention my white lace dress. I had washed it in the laundry alongside other clothes and there was so much color transfer that stained my dress.
