"I had just gone to wash my dogs bed and when I go to take it out from the washer it was all ripped. I asked the lady working there if it was washable and she had told me yes and then when I showed her the bed all ripped up she started lying about what she had told me and said it was my fault.. I asked for a refund which is the minimum that she could’ve done and she said no. I asked her to please ask her boss or to give me his contact and she lied saying she didn’t have any contact with him. I then asked the other girl if she could help me out with the situation and she walked away very rudely.. Everything was resolved kindly with the owner it is genuinely a good laundry mat, I like how update they are. Just one bad experience but it is okay."
